We offer a complete turnkey deployment solution that converts your historical data, integrates EnergyCAP with existing accounting systems, building automation systems (time sensitive channel data) and supports the import of electronic billing/consumption data. EnergyCAP is not a metering or data acquisition system and is not connected to metering equipment. Therefore, meter data must be acquired/logged by another system and then imported into EnergyCAP; EnergyCAP can automate this process.

| There are two basic levels of implementation that EnergyCAP Canada will perform Standard and Full Turnkey. The level of EnergyCAP Canada responsibilities will depend on which type is purchased. |
With your accounting or building automation system, EnergyCAP Canada will develop custom scripts for data imports or develop custom reporting features. |
On-Site Sessions, Online Sessions and on demand technical and training videos are readily available. We can tailor courses to meet the unique needs and challenges of your organization. Private onsite training allows you greater flexibility and control and thus, stronger results. |
Using the latest technology, our online support ticket and knowledgebase system (called Support Suite) provides you with efficient support, account management, and helpful resources. To learn how to use Support Suite, you can watch the 10-minute tutorial video. You will also be assisted by our support staff dedicated to addressing issues related to technical support, software maintenance, upgrade support, and any other software related issue.
