There are two basic levels of implementation that EnergyCAP Canada will perform--Standard and Full Turnkey. The level of ECC responsibilities will depend on which type is purchased, unless agreed upon otherwise, system implementation and software development services provided by EnergyCAP Canada for a Licensee is typically performed by the Technical Services department. In addition to Implementation, Technical Services encompasses Documentation, Training, and Technical Support. Throughout the implementation process, an EnergyCAP Project Manager will be assigned to you and the Director of Technical Services will act as the Project Principal. The Project Principal will provide oversight, as well as address any client concerns with regards to contractual or other performance issues along the way. The assigned EnergyCAP Project Manager will work closely with your designated project manager to ensure the complete the implementation of EnergyCAP as per implementation agreement.
